ABOUT THE PROJECT
Villa Adeje Beach is the most highly rated all-inclusive hotel in Tenerife, Canary Islands. Thanks to the strategic collaboration with the hotel team, we have carried out an exciting process of digitization and modernization that has transformed the establishment's digital channel.
OBJECTIVES
With the aim of increasing website traffic and direct sales, we developed a new website with an integrated booking engine, allowing diversification of the customer acquisition channel, improving the income margin per reservation by not depending on external metasearch engines. The modernization project included the implementation of an advanced chatbot on the website to improve customer service and the operation of a multichannel CRM.
To boost traffic and direct sales, the tourist marketing strategy included Google Ads campaigns, Inbound Marketing, SEO positioning, and campaigns on social networks. All of this has contributed to Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach improving its direct sales, getting even closer to its customers, providing them with a unique and personalized experience.
