Are you an SME, self-employed professional, or foundation in the Canary Islands?
Access a grant covering 50% of eligible costs to boost your international presence or digitize your business. Submit your application from May 30 to June 29, 2025.
What are Canarias Aporta and Aporta Digital?
It is a program by the Government of the Canary Islands, managed by PROEXCA, that provides funding for business expansion projects outside the archipelago and international digital transformation. It is divided into two lines:
- Canarias Aporta: For commercial internationalization projects.
- Aporta Digital: For digitalization with a focus on foreign trade.
Key requirements to participate
- Tax residence or permanent establishment in the Canary Islands.
- At least 1 year since establishment.
- Own product or service with international potential.
- Registration in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN Canarias).
- For Aporta Digital: At least 2 employees, prior commercial experience, and an active website or app.
What expenses can you subsidize with 50%?
For Canarias Aporta:
- Hiring of an Export Manager (at origin/destination).
- Specialized consultancy services.
- Participation in international fairs and events.
- Translation, design, and web development for foreign markets.
- Market research, business setup, and tender processes.
For Aporta Digital:
- Training and expert staff in digitalization.
- Creation or improvement of eCommerce platforms.
- Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid campaigns).
- Logistics, software, packaging, hardware, and connectors to marketplaces.
Dates and financial conditions
Submit your application from May 30 to June 29, 2025.
Implementation period: From the previous November 1 to the following October 31.
Grant: Up to €60,000 (minimum €10,000).
Advance payment of 50% without guarantees.
